Bianca and her family moved to Toronto in the 90’s, looking forward to live in a country that provides the best opportunities to people passionate about their work. She worked for several years as a software developer, but once she and her husband bought their first house in Vaughan, Bianca just knew she wanted to start a career as a Realtor. Few years later, after earning her licence, she started doing what she loves most: helping people to achieve their Real Estate goals.
Bianca’s computer programming experience could only help in her new career, both being about solving problems. She enjoys going the extra mile to carefully listen to her clients needs and find the best solutions for them, if they are looking for the perfect home or if they want to sell their house and move on to a different stage in their life. Negotiating the best price for a house needs experience and good analytical skills, and can only be done from a perspective of a win-win situation for the seller and the buyer involved in the transaction. Bianca's clients are always explained all the steps needed to buy or sell a property, and constantly updated on the way. Her service does not stop at closing, she always keep in touch with her clients after moving in their new home. Her goal is for you to make the right move, but also to have an enjoyable, stress-free experience when she helps you buy or sell your house.
Vaughan is still home for Bianca, her husband, their two children and the family dog. She tries to be consistently involved in her kids’ education. Bianca also believes in the value of giving, her preferred charities being World Vision and the Hospital for Sick Kids Foundation.
